• ACM design – progress of design presentation? Since Pablo selected second land we need to restart prepared new drawing in which timeline is 1 month to complete
  Pablo saw our design yet? Agreed ? Pablo saw but not in detail.
• Pablo proposed solar panel to be more eco friendly.
• 1.03- have the land location finalized?
• Yes
• 1.05- have the design finalized ? Layout is ok with Pablo
• Sub structures work carry by local Mongolia contractor ? Yes
• But Mongolia contractor don’t work from end of October till mid of March due to winter
• Interior and tent by china suppliers ? Mongolia tent to be made in Mongolia only loose item from china
• 1.06- operation hiring
• When to start hiring staff? April or May 2026
• 1.07- Organization chart
• Please come out with this to ensure monthly overhead [ doing now and can complete within a week ]
• 1.08- marketting strategies

  Travel agent JV [ 30% ] but Pablo said is too high so this need to be negotiated
• 1.10 – phase 2,3,4,5 and 6
• Need to explained fund incoming and for future expansion
• Summary of meeting is
• Winter break from end of October to mid of March is basically study and procurement works only.
• Mid of March 2026 till end of September 2026 is the actual construction periods and planning for soft opening for business on early October 2026.
• Remaining fund for this development to be ready in Mongolia only mid of march 2026.
